Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas
We currently offer local delivery within our designated service areas. Delivery availability may vary depending on the location and time of order.

Delivery Times
While we strive to deliver orders within the requested timeframe, specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We will always do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver may attempt to contact the recipient or the customer for further instructions.

If the customer has provided instructions to leave the flowers at the delivery location, our driver will leave the order in a safe and secure place whenever possible.

Signature and Photo Confirmation
For most deliveries, we require a signature and a photo confirmation as proof of delivery.

However, if the customer specifically instructs us to leave the flowers unattended, the delivery will be completed according to those instructions and a signature will not be required.

Customer Authorization to Leave Order
By requesting that the order be left unattended (for example at a door, porch, reception desk, or other designated location), the customer acknowledges and agrees that once the delivery has been completed and documented with a photo, the responsibility for the order transfers to the recipient/customer.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or weather exposure after the order has been left as instructed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
