Return and Exchange Policy

All sales concluded at LA Flower Girl are final.
We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers . A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to customorders@laflowergirl.com.  Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by LA Flower Girl on the bottom of our website. If a recipient is not at the delivery at the requested time of delivery.  We will wait ten minutes and try to contact the sender. Once we leave the delivery we are no longer responsible for the product.  
    We design daily arrangements according to the fresh blooms we find in the flower market.  Please note that if a specific flower displayed or box style is unavailable or out of season, we will substitute this for the same or higher monetary value and in a similar style and color.

     By making a purchase on this website, the customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. Necessary substitutions will be at the designer’s discretion.

    Returns & Exchanges: 

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 12 hours of purchase. You must provide a photo. Items must be returned by the purchaser and will only be exchanged for the same item. There will be absolutely no returns or exchanges because you change your mind on the style of flowers you purchased.  Or if someone purchased a color you do not like. We triple check our arrangements and take photos before they leave our studio. If you're approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

    Late or Missing Refunds:
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
     There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomOrders@LAFlowerGirl.com.
     

    Cancelling Orders: Must be 48 hours in advance.  At LA Flower Girl we pride ourselves on being a small business and being able to work closely with our clients.  Our flowers in-house are bought specifically for your order so we can have the freshest flowers for your arrangements.  You must cancel your orders 48 hours in advance.
